SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do our best to ship the goods you have ordered as soon as possible. Delivery times are different depending on the product purchased, but we usually ship between 5-10 business days The shipment is done by UPS, PostNL, GLS, DPD, or DHL. The times at which they deliver packages are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
TO WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I SEND MY ORDERS?
We, Stock Perfume, ship to almost every country within the EU and countries outside of the EU with UPS and DPD courier.
Shipments to destinations in some of the EU countries may have certain restrictions or special procedures for the management of customs formalities.
You can see the delivery possibilities directly in your cart by indicating the delivery address during the purchasing process.
If there is no delivery option for the country you want to order, it may mean that the cargo companies we have contracted with do not deliver to these countries.
In such cases, you can contact us and give us the opportunity to offer the best option for you.
TRACK & TRACE
Our team starts the process immediately after your order has been approved and a tracking code suitable for your order is determined.
With every order, you receive a Track & Trace code. You can use that code to track your package.
Sometimes it can happen that the code is not recognized on the website. This often happens because the code has not yet been processed.
Usually, you can simply follow the package the next day.
WHAT ARE THE SHOPPING COSTS AND THE DELIVERY TIME?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the quantity purchased and the address, you can see it directly in the cart.
The delivery time is between 5-10 business days.
WHAT ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND EXPORT TAXES?
For shipments to a country outside the European Union, the customs service may apply a tax (known as customs duties).
In this case, it is important to know that Stockperfume.com is not responsible for the customs fees.
If there will be any charge applied, it should be paid by the buyer.
NOT AT HOME? NO PROBLEM.
It may happen that the customer is not present at the address when our driver comes along to deliver the package.
In this case the mail deliverer will come back the next day to try again or put your package in a relay point near the delivery address
